RoPP introduces PORTMATES, a new way for you to support us as we focus council on the issues that are important to all residents within the City of Port Philip.

Being a PORTMATE is a way for you to receive our regular digital Newsletters called Port Phillip Matters (PPM) that keeps you updated on important local issues that impact everyone living in the City of Port Phillip.  It's about being aware and getting involved to achieve better outcomes for everyone living within the City of Port Phillip community, your PORTMATES.

What it means being a PORTMATE

Being a RoPP PORTMATE means being informed about issues and changes affecting residents within the City of Port Phillip before they are implemented. It allows you to support RoPP as we focus on issues that are important to all residents within the COPP.  You can:

1. Get involved in a passionate, grassroots community association and achieve better outcomes for your community
2. Help elect independent Councillors who will put residents first by focussing on getting the basic services right.
3. Bring sensible spending to Council to reduce pressure on rates and charges and other fees.
4. Ensure delivery of quality services, responsive customer service and sensible decisions that effectively address the needs of the community and reflect the diverse values of residents.
