Tell us about your experience with Council Customer Service

We aim to improve the quality of customer service provided by the Port Phillip Council. By collecting your customer service incidents in this Incident Report, we hope to hold Council accountable. All you have to do is answer a few questions online and we’ll aggregate the information and share the reports with you and with Council.
